CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before their appointment time. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 to 2 hours of your appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of all the services booked. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 2 hours of the appointment time are subject to a fee of 100% of all services booked. Same policy applies for taking any services off when you arrive. Brow Services: If you are below the age of 18 for a brow service, a parent must be with you during your wax. We do not wax clients under the age of 11 for brows. If you are underage and a parent does not come with you to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply. Bikini Services: If you are below the age of 18, we can not provide any bikini services. Clients must be over the age of 18 for bikini services and ID will be checked upon arrival. If ID is checked and client is below the age of 18, the appointment will be cancelled and the late cancellation fee will apply. NO SHOWS: Clients who are past our 5 minute grace period and do not show up to their appointment will be subject to a fee of 100% of the services booked. WAXING ON YOUR CYCLE: You CAN get waxed on your cycle however, you must have a fresh tampon or menstrual cup in during the wax. If there is any blood we must stop the service. If you feel uncomfortable waxing on your cycle please be sure to cancel/reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.
